INSURANCE: I am not enrolled as a provider in any insurance networks. However, if you have coverage for out of network providers, you will receive reimbursement for our sessions as per your benefit. I will provide you with the information necessary to submit to your insurance company in order for you to be reimbursed for payments made.
APPOINTMENTS: Please contact me to schedule an available appointment. I am available daytime and evening hours in both locations.
FEES: I will discuss payment arrangements when we meet together and a sliding scale is available if my fees do not feel manageable to you financially.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make your session, I request notice of 48 hours prior to your session in order to not be charged.
