Finding a path to fulfillment and contentment in life can often be challenging to accomplish alone. Finding the right therapist can be the first step to gaining control of your life and exploring how to find the happiness you desire.

Negotiating the relationships in your life can also be challenging. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to identify disruptive patterns and to help you form new and satisfying ways of improving communication, bring a sense of well-being to your life and achieve your goals. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and couples and my approach is engaging, accepting and warm. In all of the work that I do, my goal is to help the people I work with live a more connected, satisfying and fulfilling life.

I have extensive experience helping people manage and improve symptoms surrounding depression, anxiety, trauma, betrayed partner trauma and addiction-both with substances and sex and porn addiction, I also have years of experience working with the LGBTQ population, marital and relationship conflict, blended families and issues surrounding separation and divorce. Additionally, I am a professor at the Graduate School of Social Work at New York University and provide clinical supervision for MSW social workers.
